The main focus of CSB store is always its customer’s 100% satisfaction. For this purpose, we have introduced our Return & Exchange policy. Users can return or exchange within seven days of delivery.

Note: Exchange or Refund is not applicable during Special Sales.

Exchange policy

Our team will be happy to facilitate you with the item exchange facility. 

1. Products are eligible to be exchanged only if they are unused. 
2. In the case of Items exchange, it should be in original home packing.
3. Delivery charges are not refundable in case of exchange.

We aim to deliver your orders as quickly and safely as possible.

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
